For Full-time and Part-time Domestic Students

Application process

For domestic applicants who do not require an Australian Student Visa to study in Australia

  1. Complete the Prospective Student Form online and indicate the course you would like to apply for.
  2. Have a phone chat with us. The Admissions Officer will schedule a phone call to chat about your study goals.
  3. Submit the Application Form (sent via email after the phone chat) and supporting documents.
  4. Attend an interview with lecturers, in person or online. After the final interview (and academic testing if required) is completed, your application will be forwarded to faculty for consideration, after which you will receive confirmation in writing of your acceptance or reasons for decline of acceptance into the course.
  5. Complete the enrolment documents upon approval of your application.

You will need to have the following available when you apply:

Evidence of previous study

  • Certified copies of your highest qualifications (e.g. VET/TAFE Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, or Master)
  • ATAR score evidence (if applicable)

Identification documents

  • Certified copies of a proof of identity document (e.g. passport, birth certificate or driver’s license)
  • A digital passport-style photo (headshot with plain background for student records)
  • Unique Student Identifier (USI): usi.gov.au

Referees

The names and contact details of three mature Christian referees, including your pastor

Please notify your referees in advance that they will be contacted

  • Are aged 18 years and above; 
  • Have a personal relationship with God and acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour; 
  • Are actively involved in serving at a local church; 
  • Have a strong desire to study God’s Word and serve in gospel ministry; and 

2026 applications close on:
