I want to serve in

vocational ministry

Effectiveness in vocational ministry requires a joyful commitment to prayer, fellowship in your local church, and sound preparation and training.

Our three-year accredited courses will give you the biblical, historical and theological frameworks needed to faithfully minister the gospel.

The MDiv and BTh are designed to prepare you for Word-based ministry by delving deep into Scripture. You will study an integrated curriculum of biblical theology and exegesis, biblical languages, and systematic theology, as well as ministry and missions units. We train you in essential foundations for effective Christian service: a clear framework for how all of Scripture points to Christ, and a compelling model of gospel ministry.

We also aim to partner with you and your church to ensure that your character and skills grow while you’re a student. We do this by praying together in chapel and pastoral care groups, eating together at Tuesday community lunch, serving together on annual College mission trips, and connecting you with ministry partners. Your time at Trinity also provides the opportunity to form relationships with other students training for ministry, as well as lecturers and staff. Many of these relationships will continue long after graduation, providing friendships and partnerships throughout your ministry.

Graduates from these courses are serving as pastors and ministry leaders in churches and parachurch ministries across Western Australia and beyond.

Other students around me were deeply invested in learning.

“The quality of the lecturers and the kind of depth of interaction you get with them means that you don’t just get maximum Bible input, it is a really shaping experience for your character and your approach to ministry.  It wasn’t just academically-oriented, it was really oriented towards personal devotion and the cause of the gospel really applied.”
